Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month's subscription if you're not satisfied with our service.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, but we require a minimum 6-month contract. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What file formats do you accept?
We work with CAD files (STEP, IGES), 3D formats (FBX, OBJ, GLTF), product photos, and technical drawings. If you're unsure, contact us!
